Day 6

wow I have worked out 6 days in a row.

I had two pieces of raisin toast with butter/oil spread
coffee with cream

I went crazy yesterday and had yogurt then these bread crisps.

Then I did most of an ab workout on ea active and 30 minutes of step aerobics
then fried rice and a half caf vanilla latte

Okay this is where it pretty much ends because then we went to a superbowl party and I ate and enjoyed which I knew I would.

It was nice to see our husbands interacting a bit more given how many years it has been.
