Today I was able to run 3.25 miles with my miles under 9. It was colder and windy. I wanted to get it done, done done and since I knew I wasn't going to go for a long run so I thought I should try some speed work. I.E. get my butt out there and then get my butt back home.
So there it is.
This weekend I did my 7 miler! and then Sunday, we went to a work picnic which was fun. My legs were tired.
I realized that my long runs are ending up to be like my long rides when I was training the difference is that I can't just take a nice long nap afterwards and relax the rest of the day. The joys of having kids.
