I ran walked 3 miles in less than 45 min. That was amazing.
I had a cinnamon raisin english muffin with butter
coffee with cream
half an apple
pretzels with peanut butter
water water water
brownies
lots of pizza
fried rice, bi bim bop, seafood pancake
another smaller brownie
didn't get ea active more done today.
I am enjoying the whole challenge of accountability. I am really hoping that not only can I complete the 500 in 2010 but that I can either do the 26 miles or run the full 13.1.
